Stole dis from @nicola_denise hehe 😁😎 food choices nor individual macronutrients are the reason people get obese as phuuukk… It’s simply quantity of calories in vs quantity of calories out… Avg person just needs to eat less total calories (in whatever form of “dieting” this may take), add more variety (fruits and veggies) to their diet, and get off their booty and exercise 15-60 minutes a day. completely doable. Lowers risk factors for all kindz of diseases and ailments. Improved quality of life thru the roof. Not complicateddddd
